Chapter 01 was introduced in a room built around its ingredients: coffee beans in a brass bowl, a glass of espresso, and the sachets standing on pleated cream plinths above hydrangea, roses and eucalyptus.

Guests left with the black paper bag, the monogram foiled in rose gold — the same mark that sits on every sachet.
