We take care to describe our products accurately. Ingredients, directions and cautions are printed on the pack and reproduced on the product page. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images because of screens and lighting.

Our products are cosmetics for external use. Please read the directions before use, follow the recommended duration and frequency, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST as applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and change prices at any time; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.

Payment is collected through authorised payment partners. An order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch; until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, or an error has occurred, and any amount paid is refunded.

Delivery, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Huda's Touch name, monogram, packaging, photographs, films and text on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected under Indian and international law. They may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Malappuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
